Jorge Familiar, a Mexican national, has served as Vice President of the World Bank for Latin America and the Caribbean since May 1, 2014. In his current position, Familiar leads relations with 31 Latin American and Caribbean countries. Previously, he served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of the World Bank Group.
