Kelsey Louie
Chief Executive Officer Gay Men's Health Crisis

As Chief Executive Officer of GMHC, Kelsey Louie oversees all operational, programmatic, and strategic aspects of the organization. Kelsey previously served as the Coordinator of Counseling & Education for GMHC in 2006. Kelsey has over 13 years of professional experience in the fields of HIV/AIDS prevention and care, behavioral health, addiction services, homelessness, LGBTQ issues, and family and children services. Past titles include Chief Operating Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Senior Vice President of HIV/AIDS Treatment and Support Services at Harlem United (where he worked for 7 years), Director of Queens Family Support Services at New York Foundling, and Director of Prevention Services at Veritas Therapeutic Community. Kelsey is a native New Yorker and a passionate runner. He is currently a member of the Big Apple Performing Arts Board, and has taught as an adjunct faculty member at the NYU Silver School of Social Work since 2002. Kelsey received an MSW from New York University and an MBA from Columbia University.
