Kyriaki Chonacas
VO actor. Poet. Producer of music and art

Few women in the entertainment industry today, have achieved what Chonacas has, at such a young age: accomplished actress, voice-over artist, model, film & music producer, painter, poet, and philanthropist.

Kyriaki booked a key role in the new Nancy Drew animation series, as Nancy's best friend George. The series will be released online in early 2016, along with the video game & app.
Writing articles for the Huffington Post is other work Kyriaki loves. She was personally invited by the CEO/Founder Arianna Huffington herself, while the two met in NYC on Valentine’s day during NY Fashion Week. She just completed editing one of her short films titled “Red Egg” that was shot on the Red Epic and will be submitted to film festivals around the world.

Her love for fashion & background with Fashion Week (both in NY & Paris), inspired her to write a song called “Paris Fashion Week” which led her into the studio for production. It was there, in NYC, in 2010, where she met music partner Nicholas Ralph. They are currently the duo known as “The Sophisticated Psychos” and have spent the last year writing & producing an EP consisting of orchestrated upbeat vibes with tones of underground innovative hiphop. Electronic production is mixed with live instruments recorded by none other than string specialist Stevie Blacke (Rihanna, Pink, Miley Cyrus, Beck, Madonna, etc.).
The EP, titled “Take Us Home” will be available in mid 2016. The first single “Asteroid” is currently available on Youtube.

Earlier works include...
Touring with 50 Cent and G-Unit, throughout Spain and South Africa. Appearing in top series such as “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation”, “CSI: NY”, “Law & Order SVU”, FX Network's “It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia” to name a few. In film, she booked supporting roles in features such as “Major Movie Star” starring Jessica Simpson and “The Code”, starring Morgan Freeman and Antonio Banderas. Kyriaki shared a passionate scene with Nicolas Cage in “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans”, directed by Werner Herzog.

In her spare time, Chonacas continues pursuing her creative avenues as an avid painter. She is also known for her philanthropy, as she supports organizations such as Children International (through sponsoring a child) & Team in Training.

Chonacas' talents are multi-dimensional and her spirit is omnipresent. Her diverse background further fuels her creative talents as she continues to grow & develop as a person, adding to her established repertoire in the entertainment industry.
