Lauren Bates

Lauren Bates is an Account Manager at Six Spoke Media. When she’s not delivering cutting-edge digital media strategies to her clients, she’s as a fervid supporter of women’s rights and a self-proclaimed world traveler. After Lauren graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2010, Lauren spent 6 months backpacking through Southeast Asia, working with women in the developing world and writing about her experience on her blog Skirting the Limits. At only 24 years old, she’s been to over 25 countries and continues to be an advocate for women’s rights around the world. Lauren is an Ambassador for Women for Women International and a Board Member of United Women in Business Foundation. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
