Larry Iser is Managing Partner of the Santa Monica, California law firm Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert (KWIKA). He was lead counsel for singer/songwriter Jackson Browne in his lawsuit against Senator John McCain, and has handled significant, high profile matters throughout the country for clients including Mattel, Inc., Yahoo! In addition to Mr. Browne, Mr. Iser has also represented numerous music legends including Michael Jackson, The Beatles, and Crosby Stills and Nash. Mr. Iser is often quoted in the media concerning intellectual property law issues, and lectures on that topic at the USC Peter Stark Graduate Film program and the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Business Management. Mr. Iser is listed in The Best Lawyers in America, and recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Super Lawyer Magazine. Mr. Iser was recognized by the Los Angeles Daily Journal as one of the Top 10 California lawyers in the area of Entertainment Intellectual Property.
