Multimedia artist
Lesley Dill is a multimedia artist who works with sculpture and performance to explore themes of language, the body, and transformational experience. She conceived and directed the opera Divide Light based on the language of Emily Dickinson. The film of the opera, by Ed Robbins, has been screened across the country. The installation of Sister Gertrude Morgan will be traveling to the Whatcom Museum in Washington state in 2011. Her next show will be with George Adams Gallery in New York City. She currently lives and works in Brooklyn.
