Mr. Li Shengjiao is a senior Chinese diplomat with over 40 years' experience in China's foreign affairs, international law and international business. He is a former Counselor of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Deputy Consul General of China in Toronto and senior researcher at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.

Praised and received two times by the first Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai for his contribution to the International Law of the Sea and the China-Burma border issue, Mr. Li is working on his autobiography that tells the untold history of China's foreign affairs in the 20th century.
