Lisa Eckenwiler is Associate Professor of Philosophy in the Department of Philosophy and in the Department of Health Administration and Policy at George Mason University. Professor Eckenwiler teaches courses in the areas of Bioethics, Public Health Ethics, Global Health Ethics, and Research Ethics. Her current research focuses on ethical issues at the intersection of long-term care, health worker migration, and global health inequities. She is the author, most recently, of Long Term Care, Globalization, and Justice (Johns Hopkins University Press, 2012).
