Lisa is Founder of Box Three Eight Eight Management Group and Production Company Box-Three-Eight-Eight.

She is Founding Operational Partner at Fireman Capital Partners. As part of an investment firm, Lisa has focused on high growth consumer products and entertainment based investments.

As the former Executive Vice President of Sony Music Entertainment, she spent over 15 years involved in day-to-day management at Columbia Records, Epic Records, Sony Urban Music, and Sony ATV Publishing. Additionally, she oversaw various labels digital business and initiatives. Lisa has been an instrumental part of the development, promotion, marketing and branding of many artists throughout her career, such as: Prince, Destiny’s Child, Beyonce, John Legend, Mariah Carey, Will Smith, The Fugees, Nas, Three 6 Mafia, Bebe and Cece Winans, and Kanye West label G.O.O.D. Throughout her career, she has been an avid writer of fiction and supporter of women in the arts and arts education in public schools.

She is a native of Washington, D.C. and lives in New York City. She attended the University of Maryland and Harvard Business School.

A Term Member for the Counsil On Foreign Relations, and is on the Advisory Boards for Globak Kids USA and LaLela Project South Africa.

Additionally, she is an avid Equestrian and member of the United States Equestrian Federation and the United States Hunter Jumper Association.
