As the Director of Marketing for Marpac, Liz sleeps very well at night.

For one, she uses a Dohm sound machine (of course), but Liz also sleeps well because she absolutely loves her job and the company she works for. Marpac’s mission statement - which, incidentally, she authored - is “helping people love how they sleep, love how they feel, and love how they live – every single day.” Liz delights in finding ways to bring this mission to life.

In the five years she’s worked for Marpac, Liz has shaped the brand from bottom to top – taking it from a company with an exceptional product and a long-standing history of superior customer service to a true brand, one that is ready to connect with consumers in a fresh yet authentic way. Everything from product names to packaging to presence online has been Liz’s domain.

During this time, she’s also learned a TON about sleep, and about white noise. She’s passionate about health and wellness, and believes that sleep is a seriously important cornerstone of contentment.

Liz was raised in the Caribbean, which means that she spends most of the winter in fleece, trying not to whine too much. She attended Yale University for her undergraduate education and later received her Master’s degree in Creative Brand Management from the VCU Brandcenter. She lives with her husband on a little farm and gets slightly crazier with every additional animal, so she runs in hopes of staying sane.
