Lulete Mola

Lulete Mola is Director of Community Impact for the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota, a statewide community foundation driving gender and racial equity. She is committed to social change that is intersectional, inclusive, complex, and just. This commitment directly contributes to her ongoing devotion to community organizing and work to advance women's leadership. Lulete also leads civic engagement and professional development initiatives in Minnesota’s East African community and is active in the movement for Black lives. Lulete graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota.
