A recognized industry leader, Lynn O’Connor Vos is the Chief Executive Officer of greyhealth group (ghg), a global health communications firm owned by WPP, and the first woman to develop and run a global health communications enterprise. She has over 25 years of experience in creating, building and acquiring companies, expanding the footprint and establishing technology leadership. Lynn is known for combining trailblazing innovation with operational expertise in order to ensure progressive ideas also become solidly performing healthcare-business opportunities. She is a champion of current industry efforts to use digital capabilities to transform healthcare marketing to impact outcomes, including the mantra “Communication is the Cure.” Currently, she is advising top clients to help prepare consumers--especially women, who she considers America’s new ‘Chief Health Officers’—and millennials to be effective, even revolutionary, healthcare advocates. Under her leadership ghg developed text4baby, the country’s top mobile health program and now a permanent exhibit at the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Musuem, and established the first healthcare agency partnership with IBM Watson. She was the Healthcare Business Woman Association’s 2005 Woman of the Year and serves on numerous public and private boards, including The Jed Foundation for which she was a founding board member.
