Maria Teresa Lensing is a strategic thinker with an extensive expertise in leadership, business strategy, network operations and sales. Prior to returning to AT&T in late 2011, Maria was responsible for the strategic direction and infrastructure operations for Rockwell Collins, a multibillion dollar global enterprise.

Maria also has a long legacy of sales and leadership success built on a foundation of innovation. She completed her Executive Education from Harvard Business School and still holds multiple technical certifications. Maria serves on the Board of Trustees for CBU, as well as boards of non-profits such as DeNeuville Learning Center. She is an active member of the community often speaking to students about STEM opportunities and her platform of Servant Leadership. She has received many awards including Memphis City’s "Top 40 under 40" Award in 2013 and “Super Woman in Business” in 2014 by the Memphis Business Journal, and "Distinguished Young Alumnus" in 2011 and the "R. Craig Blackman Outstanding Graduate Engineering Alumni" Award in 2013 by CBU. Most recently, Maria received the "2015 Diversity and Inclusion Champion" award from AT&T.
