Marques Celestine

Co-Founder, Jackson Noble

Marques’ career has taken him to positions at multinational corporations and small start-ups alike. He learned a great deal along the way – about systems and entrepreneurism, about people and organizations. But most importantly, he also learned how aligning skills, personalities and professional goals can foster genuine life fulfillment.

That experience led to the creation of Jackson Noble, where he helps candidates make the same journey for themselves.

Marques studied both finance and Japanese at the University of Notre Dame. His career includes management, analysis, development and consulting roles across the globe with companies like Merck and Cargill, and he’s served as a delegate for cultural and economic exchange to Japan. He was a regional recruiting manager for the nation’s largest specialty staffing firm before co-founding Jackson Noble.

A New Orleans native, he’s an avid fan of his city’s music culture and festival scene. Marques devotes a great deal of his free time to nonprofits, board service and community causes, doing his part to make New Orleans the best it can be for his own growing family and for the larger community.
