Jodi Citrin is a registered dietitian and president of Citrition, LLC, a nutrition counseling practice in New York City. Her private practice attracts clients from across the country including models, news anchors, and celebrities. In addition to private counseling, Jodi is often asked to speak at corporations, non-profit organizations, hospitals, and universities throughout New York and New Jersey. Jodi is the national spokesperson for Dannon Danimals yogurt. She has appeared on Good Morning America, radio stations across the country such as Radio Disney and CNN International as well as in publications such as Fitness, Parenting and Kiwi magazines.

Jodi graduated cum laude from Duke University with a BS in Biology, and received her Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University, as well as completing an internship at Mt. Sinai Hospital. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, and the Greater New York Dietetic Association.

Melissa was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, and is seventh generation to the islands. She has spent a great deal of time traveling and accumulating adventure stories, which are used at her disposal during dull cocktail parties. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Duke University, she moved to San Francisco to work in marketing for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. She has also lived in Paris, France, where she studied French language and art history, as well as Barra de Navidad, Mexico, where she worked on location for a Fox Searchlight film. Her willingness to break out her pocketbook and dive deeper into the red is a direct result of her love for cultures and exploration. From Rio de Janeiro, to Edinburgh, to Florence, to Hong Kong, to Madrid, to Milwaukee, Melissa is constantly amazed by food's ability to traverse race, culture, class, and language, no matter where she is in the world. She currently works for DINE. The Food & Drink Agency. and lives in San Francisco, California.

Growing up in Southern California with its spectrum of ethnicities, Katie learned to love the breadth of cultural cuisine. Her curiosity continued to grow during her travels throughout Europe, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Northern Africa and played a significant role in developing her love of all types of food and her respect for the authentic integrity of each culture.

While attending UCLA, Katie turned her love of food and cooking into a career-driven passion and knew culinary school was the place for her. At The California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, California, Katie studied classic French fundamentals with modern applications, as well as applied business and menu planning. She won academic awards for excellence and graduated with honors in 2001.

After working at the highly acclaimed Greens Restaurant in San Francisco, her quest for creative license drove her to become a personal chef in Orange County, California, where she currently resides.
