Conservation Scientist, The Nature Conservancy’s Adirondack Chapter
Michelle Brown is a Conservation Scientist for The Nature Conservancy’s Adirondack Chapter, where she works to apply leading scientific practices to both the Adirondack chapter and regional conservation priorities. Michelle has worked for the Conservancy for over ten years, focused most recently on the Heart of the Adirondacks land protection project. She holds an M.S. degree from the University of Vermont, where she studied the effects of human housing density on species occupancy and landscape carrying capacity.
