Mike Kotsopoulos

Mike is a resident of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts but studies sociology at Boston College. He focuses on social justice having volunteered at the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center and the Cambridge Community Center. An associate editor for "The Gavel," Mike loves sports almost as much as his favorite destination in the world: Martha’s Vineyard. Mike’s family and faith life inspire him to live each day to the fullest, living by the mantra, “Be who you are and say what you think, because those who matter don’t mind and those who mind don’t matter.” With a soft spot for pugs, Mike has an effusive personality and loves to meet new people. Mike hopes to work in healthcare or bioethical law when he graduates, keeping a close tab on sports journalism too.
