Milissa Farley

Milissa joined TD Bank in 2001 as the Regional Operation Officer in the Atlantic Region. She quickly assumed the responsibility as the Senior Regional Operations Officer for the Bank’s South Jersey Market.

In her current role, Milissa provides vision and leadership in developing, implementing and maintaining retail operations policies, procedures and processes to support positive financial results and growth of the TD brand. She acts as liaison between retail and other business lines to address issues affecting profitability, efficiency, and the customer and employee experience.

Milissa joined TD from Mellon Bank when she spent seven years. At Mellon, she launched the bank’s in-store network program that identified, built and opened bank branches in large grocery stores.

In her spare time Milissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, visiting the beach, boating, cooking and running.
