Writer and Performer

Nadia Sepsenwol is a writer, performer, and bartender. Her acting credits include Romeo and Juliet at Classic Stage Company, Three Graces at 3LD Art & Technology Center, and Big Love at the Setkani/Encounters Festival in Brno, Czech Republic. Nadia was raised in Ohio and Virginia; her father's family has had its home base in Lorain, Ohio -- the town where By Rights We Should Be Giants takes place -- for over 100 years. As part of her thesis in comparative literature at the University of Virginia, she adapted Leo Tolstoy's short story The Kreutzer Sonata for the stage; By Rights We Should Be Giants, however, will be her first fully realized play, with co-writer Tim Van Dyck. Nadia also holds an MFA in acting from Columbia University, and lives in New York City with two roommates and one very wide-eyed cat.
