Naina Kapur

As lead instructing counsel, Naina presented a public interest litigation before the Supreme Court of India resulting in the landmark 1997 Vishaka Directions– legally binding directions on workplace sexual harassment.

She currently acts as a legal consultant and educator on equality and diversity issues and as a 3rd party expert on complaint committees emerging from workplace sexual harassment for public and private sectors.
