Nat Roe is a music writer, sound collagist and concert promoter. He
DJs weekly at WFMU and is the editor of WFMU's Beware of the Blog. He
has contributed to publications like Rhizome, Signal to Noise, Wire,
The Free Music Archive
and Vice. He is co-director of The Silent Barn, a DIY music venue in NYC. His sound collages are published
weekly on his radio show at WFMU and often juxtapose cut-up top-40
music with bizarre sound effects.
