Founder, Peeled Snacks

Noha Waibsnaider is the Founder and CEO of Peeled Snacks: organic, gently-dried fruit, with no added sugar or preservatives. She launched Peeled Snacks in 2004 to help people feel good about snacking with real food that has no added sugar or preservatives. The snacks are sold nationwide in Starbucks, Hudson News, and Amazon, and the company was ranked on Inc.500’s List of America’s Fastest Growing Companies. Previously, Noha worked at Unilever in brand management on the Lipton and Ragú brands. Her experience within Unilever’s Health & Wellness group led to the creation of Peeled Snacks. In 2007, Noha founded the NY Foodie Companies group to promote sustainable local food businesses in NY. She received an MBA from Columbia Business School and was awarded the School’s Ecademy Award for Entrepreneurship. Noha is a frequent speaker in university classes and panels on today's food industry, social ventures, and women in business.
