Beauchamp is a Level 5 Advisor with certifications as a Certified Benefits and Wellness Advisor (CBWA), Master Certified WorkComp Advisor (MCWCA), Certified WorkComp Advisor (CWCA) and Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS). Additionally, Beauchamp was named one of Insurance Business America magazine’s "Young Guns" in 2015.

A native of Wabash, Beauchamp holds a master’s degree from Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University and a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University.

In his spare time, Parker enjoys volunteering for a variety of nonprofits, including Indiana Landmarks, The Honeywell Foundation, MUSE School, First Merchants Bank, Indiana University Kokomo, Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership and Manchester University.

He is currently a director and chair of Indiana Landmarks' Strategic Planning, Engagement, Executive and Development Committees, as well as Vice Chairman of the organization. He also holds a senior position on The Honeywell Foundation’s Leadership Committee and chairs its Committee of Thirty, is on the Board of Directors at MUSE School, serves on the advisory boards for First Merchants Bank and Indiana University Kokomo in Wabash County, is a Regional Opportunities Council Member at Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, and is a member of Manchester University's President's Leadership Council.
