Paul Gewirtz is Potter Stewart Professor of Constitutional Law at Yale Law School and the Director of Yale's China Law Center. He served in the Clinton administration and worked on the two Summit meetings between President Clinton and China's President Jiang Zemin. He writes frequently on legal and foreign policy topics. His op-eds have appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New Republic, among other places.
