Baltimore Corps Fellow, Manager of Special Projects -- MOST Network
Paul Mincarelli is a Baltimore Corps Fellow working as Manager of Special Projects for the Maryland Out of School Time (MOST) Network. Since joining MOST as an AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer in 2013, Paul has overseen projects that expand access for traditionally under-served students in STEM education, as well as SummerREADS: a Baltimore city-wide literacy initiative for K-3 youth. Paul has a Master of Public and International Affairs degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duquesne University.
