Phil Dwyer, Ph.D. is a Turfgrass researcher at Scotts MiracleGro where he develops new lawn products and recommendations for homeowners. Starting in middle school with a neighborhood lawn mowing business Dr. Dwyer has been involved with turfgrass his whole life. A love of lawns guided Phil towards golf course management and a degree in Crop and Soil Science from Michigan State University. Further graduate studies at MSU in Plant Pathology helped develop specializations in turfgrass disease management.
