Philip Wegner, a 15-year veteran of humanitarian work in the US and abroad, is health advisor for Concern Worldwide US. With a Master’s from the Liverpool School of Tropical Disease, he is launching the agency’s Child Survival Program (CSP) in Niger, building on its success in Bangladesh, Rwanda and Haiti. Philip has worked in Somalia, Cambodia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan, among other locales.
