Manos Rhodes Hatzimalonas

Psychologist, Founder of Philotimo Foundation

Manos Hatzimalonas is a psychologist specializing in personal and organizational applications of positive psychology (BSc, MSc). Following early professional diversions in areas such as strategic communications, social innovation and philosophy developed his creative passion on issues revolving the origins of morality, the educational and organizational implications of character and citizen eudaemonia. He founded and is currently the principal researcher at Philotimo Foundation, a non-profit Think/Do tank exploring the moral virtue of ‘Philotimo’ as a platform for positive change at the intersection of social science, computer science and philosophy. He is currently teaching History of Philosophy and Ethics at the university of Boston College, while also serving as an applied research fellow.
