Pip McCrostie

I am Global Vice Chair of EY's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). TAS is one of EY's four global service lines and focuses on advising our clients around all aspects of their capital agenda - how they raise, invest, optimize and preserve their capital. I focus on ensuring 10,000 TAS professionals in more than 80 countries deliver exceptional client service to help leading corporations, private equity firms, governments and state-owned enterprises achieve their strategic transaction and capital goals. In previous roles, I led teams advising on major transactions in the US and Europe. I was formerly a senior partner in EY's UK TAS practice and have many years' experience of advising private equity houses on the tax aspects of transactions. I also spent a number of years in the Tax practice and set up the European Transaction tax network for EY. I regularly provide commentary on transaction and business matters for a number of media outlets globally.
