Rachel recently founded littleSIDEKLICK, a program to help parents share the legacy of photography with their chiildren by putting their kids behind the camera. It is her passion to help people who want to learn how to record the beauty in their lives and see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Sesame Ellis was originally started as a Flickr account in 2004 to showcase Rachel’s personal photographic work. Several years, cameras and kids later, Sesame Ellis has grown to become one of Australia’s most popular photography blogs – now with added Chihuahua. Rachel’s natural ability to share the humour and beauty in the mess of daily life continues to draw fans from all over the world.
