Rahul Mewawalla is a senior executive leader with Fortune 500 and global companies such as Nokia, NBC Universal, General Electric, Yahoo! and Monitor Group. He is Senior Advisor to San Francisco Mayor’s office of innovation working with the Mayor, senior staff, government agencies and departments. Rahul is engaged across public assets and agencies, entrepreneurs, and communities and is a Fuse Corps Executive Fellow.
Rahul’s leadership experiences are across business and P&L leadership, product, operations, sales and business development, and strategic growth. Business units under his global leadership were recognized with the Gold Award at the 2012 Future Mobile Awards for outstanding market impact and contribution. He has been a speaker and judge at business and technology institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Wharton, Yale, Duke, and University of California and at leading events such as the Intel Capital CEO Summit, Red Herring CEO Conference as well as Federal Labs Consortium World’s Best Technologies. He has also served as Advisor to Stanford University Persuasive Technology Lab, as Chair of the Venture Capital Task Force Committee on Services and Systems, and on the MIT-Stanford Venture Lab Planning Committee.
Rahul holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has been involved with non-profit organizations such as the Yale-Goldman Sachs Foundation.
