Education Consultant, Motivational Speaker and Adjunct Professor
Born in Detroit, MI August 14, 1980, Ray Ivey has worked as an educator for the last 12 years and is currently working to inspire the next generation of new teachers at the University of Southern California’s Master of Arts in Teaching program. In addition, he also travels the country working as a motivational speaker and educational consultant.
Given his experience and success working in Education Reform, with high-poverty and at-risk students, he has been recognized by the Rockefeller Brother Fund with a Fellowship for Outstanding Urban Teachers and by Education Pioneers with a Fellowship for Educational Leaders.
