Raymond V. Mariano is the former Mayor of the City of Worcester, Massachusetts (4 terms). For the past 13 years, he has served as Executive Director of the Worcester Housing Authority. He spent nearly 20 years growing up in the same housing developments that he now manages. Mr. Mariano holds an M.P.A. from Clark University.
