Rev. Samuel Rodriguez

President, National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference

Rev. Samuel Rodriguez is President of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC) and is committed to reconciling the message of Jesus as affirmed by Billy Graham's transformative message and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s historical march for justice. He is a frequent spokesperson on issues related to the Evangelical community, having appeared on numerous national television and radio shows. CNN named him “The leader of the Hispanic Evangelical movement.” He has been a featured speaker in White House and Congressional meetings on Hispanic American issues and Justice concerns and currently serves in President Obama’s White House Task Force on Fatherhood. Rodriguez's non-partisan commitment enables him to meet with both sides of the aisle while above all contextualizing the nexus of both Kingdom and Society. An Assemblies of God Ordained Minister since the age of 23, Rodriguez also serves as Senior Pastor of New Season Christian Worship Center in Sacramento, Calif.
