Richard is a Principal with KnowHow Advisors, LLC, a boutique advisory firm focused on business development, training and sales strategies for companies looking to get to the next level. KnowHow Advisors is a consortium of diverse professionals providing proven techniques and practices leading to lasting and measurable results. He is a proven, versatile professional with 25+ years’ experience in sales, client relations, operations and management. Known for his strong inter-personal communication, presentation and public speaking skills, along with extensive corporate business acumen have combined for achieving results over an extended period of time in a variety of industries. Prior to his efforts with NYC Baseball Club, he was the Director of Operations for The ELEV|8 Sports Institute, (f/k/a The Bucky Dent Baseball School) in Delray Beach, FL. Prior to joining ELEV|8, he enjoyed a successful career in residential mortgage banking and most recently was Director of Strategic Projects for Vantage Capital Group. Richard is an avid reader, rabid NY Yankees fan, guitar player and ridiculously proud "dance dad". He resides in historic Clinton, NJ.
