RZA worked with prominent directors, Jim Jarmusch, Mikael Håfström, Ridley Scott, Judd Apatow, Todd Phillips, Paul Haggis, Miguel Sapochnik, and Quentin Tartantino.

RZA has spent the last several years building his feature resume and studying top-tier directors, with appearances in Ridley Scott's "American Gangster," Judd Apatow's "Funny People," Todd Phillips' "Due Date" and Paul Haggis' "The Next Three Days." He will next be seen in Paramount's "G.I. Joe 2," as the first person to portray the “Blind Master” and also starred opposite David Duchovny for the full 5th season of Showtime's "Californication."

This year, RZA made his directorial debut directing THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS, which he co-wrote with Eli Roth and stars as “The Blacksmith”. The film stars Russell Crowe, Lucy Liu, Jamie Chung, Pam Grier, Daniel Wu and Cung Le. Eli Roth and Strike Entertainment produced. Quentin Tarantino executive produced and is presenting the film for Universal. This is RZA’s third film with Russell Crowe. RZA is a Grammy® award-winning, music producer, BAFTA nominated film composer, recording artist and actor. RZA is one of the most prominent figures in hip hop music and the creator/producer of the Wu-Tang Clan. RZA has an extremely distinguished body of work in music scoring for filmmakers such as Ridley Scott, Jim Jarmusch and Quentin Tarantino. RZA scored the Emmy nominated American adaptation of the Japanese anime “Afro Samurai” executive produced and starring Samuel L. Jackson. Most recently, RZA won a Grammy this year for producing songs for Kanye’s Dark Fantasy and the Jay Z/ Kanye collaboration album “Watch the Throne”.
