Managing Director of Innovation Strategy at Teach For America and Founder of Hello World Tech Studio

Sabina Bharwani is the Managing Director of Innovation Strategy at Teach For America and the Founder of Hello World Tech Studio, a computer science/ engineering enrichment program for K-12 students.

Sabina’s professional experiences include teaching 4-6th grade math at a high performing charter school, implementing the use of EdTech tools at the classroom level, and coaching teachers on pedagogical and curricular practices across K-12 grades and subject areas. Sabina also completed a Fulbright scholarship at the BC Ministry of Education in Canada and Mexico’s Secretaría de Educación Pública (Secretariat of Public Education), where she led comparative research between indigenous and urban communities within respective countries.

Sabina holds an M.P.P. from Harvard University, an M.S. in education and development from the Relay Graduate School of Education, and a B.A. in mathematical economics and public policy from Rice University.
