Samuel Hoover, J.D., is a staff attorney with Legal Community Against Violence. Mr. Hoover is a graduate of the University of Iowa and received his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Hoover has a background in civil rights litigation and international human rights, and has been working on law and policy to prevent gun violence for the past nine years.
