Sandra England is the Director of Broadcast for the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), the largest entertainment union in the world. Sandra negotiates IATSE contracts for cable, Internet and over-the-air broadcasts. She has worked in the entertainment industry for 35 years as a stagehand, organizer, negotiator and union leader.
