Founder of Conscious Working Mama: Assisting ambitious working Moms to get conscious and live big.

As a mom of three boys under the age of seven, Sarah Gibbons’s knows the life of a working Mom can feel like a tug of war: one end pulling from home and the other yanking from your job. With fifteen years of digital media leadership at industry giants including Amazon.com, MySpace, and RadiumOne, she straddled motherhood and career responsibilities, all while earning a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology. In her quest to feel more alive and conscious in her own life, she created CONSCIOUS WORKING MAMA, a global coaching practice to help working Mom’s conquer burnout and experience a conscious, bigger life.

She knows how it feels to want to do it all and be it all. That is, until exhaustion sets in and your health, work, and personal life begin to fail. Ambitious career-driven women who want to make a difference in the world and enjoy motherhood, it’s easy to be overwhelmed by incorporating both responsibilities and aspirations. She sees women ignoring their own desires and dreams both in their personal and professional lives.

CWM’s mission is to be the leading coaching company to champion the conscious shift of the working woman archetype. CWM invites the experience of ambition and unapologetic authenticity to coexist in the life of working women. Sarah is passionate about women being conscious mothers and living a life of ambition, all the while experiencing joy and ease. She works with working Moms who together, believe they can model and recreate the archetype of the working Mom from a person of sacrifice and with great stress to a woman who consciously, confidentially, and unapologetically honors her true self while engaged with both work and family.

Today, she supports working Moms in creating conscious bigger living all around the world.
