Scott Titshaw teaches courses on sexuality and the law and immigration practice at Mercer University School of Law. He previously practiced immigration law for 12 years, and he has written numerous articles on immigration and LGBT issues, including "Revisiting the Meaning of Marriage: Immigration for Same-Sex Spouses in a Post-Windsor World" in Vanderbilt Law Review En Banc and "The Reactionary Road to Free Love: How DOMA, State Marriage Amendments, and Social Conservatives Undermine Traditional Marriage" in the West Virginia Law Review.
