Author, Crime Rave and American Monsters, contributing writer to Wear Your Voice Magazine
Sezín (rhymes with "Celine") Koehler is the genre-jumping author of recently released supernatural noir Crime Rave (2015) and postmodern feminist horror novel American Monsters (2011). She is a contributing writer at Wear Your Voice Magazine, and her essays and cultural commentary have also been featured on The Mary Sue, Ms. Magazine, Racialicious, Pacific Standard, and more. In 2013 a piece Sezín wrote for Sociological Images comparing the lyrics of "Blurred Lines" to what rapists say to their victims went viral, causing a polarizing stir that continues to today.
