Vice President and Manager of Work/Life Strategies, PNC Financial Services Group

Sharon Cercone is Vice President and the Manager of Work/Life Strategies for PNC Financial Services Group. Sharon manages the many work/life programs that have led to PNC being on the 100 Best Companies for Working Mother list twelve times. This is includes PNC Living Well, a holistic wellness initiative which was launched in 2010. In addition, Sharon manages the volunteerism component of Grow up Great, PNC’s commitment to early childhood education. Over 550,000 volunteer hours have been logged over the past 9 years, with 28% of PNC employees participating in the program. Sharon has been with PNC for over 14 years and has over 25 years in the human resource field.

Sharon is an adjunct professor in the graduate school of human resources management at LaRoche College, teaching Strategic Compensation and Corporate Wellness, is a member of the Western Pennsylvania Total Rewards Association, and is certified as both a Work Life and Compensation Professional.

She holds a BS in business administration from Robert Morris University and a MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from St. Francis University.
