Sophie Kitson

Sophie Kitson is not a Silicon Valley mogul, media starlet or even a published writer or author. She is an average person, a professional in Human Resources and Talent, who has worked in Silicon Valley and across the U.S. and Europe for almost two decades with high-tech and Internet companies. She has had tons of real life, hands-on experience with women in the workplace, employees and even executives and other animals. She is an observer of human interaction in that workplace, and how attitudes toward employers, employment and work are fast-changing. She is a mother, raising two teenage sons in Marin County and is an avid fan of the Huffington Post, Quantum Physics, rugby and the Comedy Channel. Her dying wish would be to write for the Rachel Maddow show. She is an awkward blogger and is currently penning her first book –- working title Who Made You the Boss of Me.
