I recently graduated from Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado, where I have lived for most of my life. My fascination with science began in elementary school with the classic baking soda and vinegar experiment and has since evolved to include gold nanoparticles, bacteria, and human nutrition (though not together). I also enjoy cooking and learning about the social and historical implications of cuisine. I will be a freshman at Dartmouth College this fall.
