Dr. Stacey Radin, founder and president of Corporate Equilibrium, is an executive coach and consultant specializing in leadership and the psychology of organizational effectiveness.

She is a NY State licensed clinical psychologist and is certified by the International Coach Federation as an executive coach. Stacey’s passion is developing cutting edge leadership programs that are designed to implement change, strengthen leaders’ ability to influence ethically and create opportunities to experiment and think out of the box.

Stacey has over 10 years experience coaching senior executives in Fortune 500 organizations. She has coached leaders in finance, law, media, entertainment and public sectors. Currently she is an independent consultant and coach for firms such as The Ken Blanchard Company, Talents, a French coaching firm, The Support Center for Not for Profit Management and Human Resource Partners International. In addition she is the Director of Client Services for a Wharton based organization, Total Leadership and is trained to deliver the model and certify other professionals to facilitate the program.

Stacey is strongly committed to developing powerful leaders. She has developed a unique integrative leadership model: “The Leader’s Forum” that utilizes mentoring as a leadership practicum and capitalizes on the collective learning experience to build a template for effective development. Her philosophy is to create sustainable results by custom designing programs to fit the needs of each organization and individual. Her model includes consultation with the sponsor, assessment of the organization, design of the program, implementation and analysis of results.

Integrating her clinical and scientific expertise with business consulting creates powerful results. Stacey has a strong background in quantitative and qualitative assessment that enables her to pin point current challenges and areas to develop and formulate solutions accordingly. She is certified in all assessments including DISC and Myers Briggs. Qualitatively, she uses focus groups and comprehensive interviews with key stakeholders to gain deeper understanding of an organization’s culture, values and system.

Stacey’s passion is to develop women leaders. She previously held the Director of Leadership position for Women’s Leadership Exchange, a national multi media company specializing in leadership for women. She also consults to many companies regarding diversity, strengthening women’s initiatives, launching affinity networks and developing mentoring programs for corporate executives. She has written articles for NAFE (the National Association for Women Executives) newsletter and WLE newsletter and has been a speaker for their regional conference. She is the leadership expert for Guardian Leadership and LadyAdvisor.com and has sat on conference panels. Her current research in power and influence of women in our society has led to writing a book on this topic.

Dr. Radin received her doctorate of psychology from Albert Einstein Medical Center and completed her postdoctoral training at Columbia Presbyterian. She has received executive coaching training from New York University and is certified by the International Coaching Federation.
