Steve Cahillane
President & CEO, Coca-Cola Refreshments

Steve Cahillane is the President and CEO of Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), the North American operating unit of The Coca-Cola Company. In 2011, CCR generated over $20 billion in revenue, provided consumers with more than 380 million beverage servings per day, and partnered with two million customers each week.

Prior to leading CCR, Steve was President of Coca-Cola Enterprise’s (CCE) North American business following his time as President of CCE’s Europe Group.

Steve has spent his entire career in the beverage industry in both North America and Europe. He began as a sales representative for E&J Gallo Winery, serving in several sales positions before becoming General Manager.

In 1995, Steve founded State Street Brewing Company in Chicago, which he owned until 1997, when he sold the business and joined Coors Distribution Company as Vice President and General Manager. He joined InBev in 1999, serving as Vice President of U.S. Sales until 2001, when he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Labatt USA.

From 2003 to 2005, Steve resided in London and served as Chief Executive of Interbrew UK and Ireland. He was then located in Brussels, serving as Chief Commercial Officer for InBev, where he led the company's global commercial strategy, marketing and sponsorships, innovation, research and insights. In 2007, Steve was appointed as President of the Europe Group for CCE; and in 2008, he was named President of CCE’s North American Business Unit.

Steve holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Political Science from Northwestern University and received a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA), the American Beverage Association (ABA), Food Marketing Institute (FMI), Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce (MACC).
