Susana Rinderle, MA, ACC, is a trainer, coach, speaker and President of Susana Rinderle Consulting, LLC. She equips individuals, teams and organizations to be their best selves in complex work environments with diverse people, generating results beyond their expectations. She’s also ending racism and sexism by helping good people translate good intentions into positive impacts. A native of Los Angeles, she has 25 years of professional diversity experience in multiple sectors in the U.S. and Mexico, including nonprofit, corporate, healthcare, education and the performing arts.

Susana was the co-founder and first Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for University of New Mexico Hospitals. Susana holds a B.A. in sociology from UCLA and an M.A. in intercultural communication from UNM, and studied at UNAM in Mexico City. She was featured at TEDxABQ 2012 speaking on "Diversity is Necessary for Human Evolution". Susana is a regular blogger for Diversity Executive Magazine, and her work has appeared in Diversity Best Practices. She has also published articles on topics related to diversity, Mexico and U.S. Latinos in academic journals as well as commercial publications.
