Tara Wray is a documentary photographer based in Vermont. She is a regular contributor at Vice, Huff Post, and BUST Magazine, and is photo editor of the literary journal Hobart. She curates Some Days Just Are, a collaborative photo series where time dictates narrative. Raised in Kansas, Wray graduated from NYU with a degree in documentary film. She has directed two feature length documentaries: Manhattan, Kansas (Audience Award, SXSW 2006) and Cartoon College (Vancouver IFF 2012). A new photobook titled Too Tired for Sunshine will be released by Yoffy Press in 2018.
