Was a screenwriter for seventeen years, Jackson’s films include high concept romantic comedies and movies set in or relating to India. Jackson wrote The Guru, a Universal / Working Title release which was the first Hollywood / Bollywood film to get global distribution. This month her original screenplay, The Other End of the Line, is being released by MGM. Jackson also wrote the film version of the bestselling novel, Confessions of a Shopaholic.

She produced and directed Lucky Ducks, the acclaimed feature length documentary that deals with the high voltage topic of privileged children and the problems they face.
